Beauty And The Beast

 

This is my story book vessel about Beauty and the Beast. The Front side has the title of it and a picture of the beast handing a rose to Belle which I feel symbolizes his love for her. The back side is of the rose that determines the beast's fate and how he's going to stay a beast once all petals fall off so I drew a rose with petals falling off. The side has drawings of Lumiere, Cogsworth, Chip, and Misses Pot which is some of the main characters Belle meets when she's captured by the Beast.

Six Word Memoir

For my six word memoir i chose to write “Good music makes me feel alive” I wrote this because I los listening to music and certain musics be making me feel some type of way or emotion. I chose to paint it pink and at the top wrote some of my favorite musics.

Alibreje

Alibrejes are brightly colored Mexican folk art sculptures of fantastical creatures. I chose to make a pig because they're one of my favorite animals at the top i did lined  patterns. Then for the side I made them symmetrical and made both sides the same.

Free Choice

For the free choice I decided to make a cup and decided to add butterflies on the side.

Coil Pot

This is my coil pot it is about 12 inches long I started the base off as a heart then I rolled up some clay and was layering it on top and added hearts at the end.

Slab Box

This is my slab box we started it by making 5 slabs then connecting them together to make a box then we made a final slab for the top, I made a little holder for it and decided to make a little heart as well and painted it green.

3-Footed Cylinder

This is a 3 footed cyliner we made this by first making a rectangle slab then we connected the sides together and it formed a cylinder then we pinched the ends together to make the bottom of it.
